Return Policy

You may return most new item(s) within 7 days of delivery for store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your store credit within 3-4 business days upon receiving your return, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

Bailemos ships within the U.S via USPS Priority mail. Customer will receive tracking notification at time of shipping. Shipping times will vary.

You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Bailemos is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address that was provided at checkout.
